Marco Daidone was diagnosed with cancer in March 2011. He needed a lot of treatments so he went to Mount Sinai Hospital's pediatric oncology division in Manhattan. Vincent is Marco's brother, so he had to go with him. Marco was 10 when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. They gave him the treatments he needed and gave him a titanium leg bone. In April 2011, the Bayport-Blue Point Phantoms lacrosse team held a fundraiser to help with Marco's medical bills. The BBP Phantoms played a lacrosse game. All the parents brought food and sold shirts and bracelets for Marco.

In the end, the BBP Phantoms raised $1,895 for Marco.
