'Jake and the Never Land Pirates' coming to Long Island malls

Radio Disney invites kids and families to visit Long Island malls for "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" events.
Children can collect gold doubloons, the series' signature treasure, by competing in pirate-themed scavenger hunt. The events are 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City and 3 to 5 p.m. June 28 at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove.
Kids will receive a "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" bandana and treasure maps before starting activities including creating treasure chests, Pirate Pal coloring sheets, a "Never Land" photo opportunity and a "Look for Hook" game where kids will search for Captain Hook decals throughout the mall.
Radio Disney will provide entertainment encouraging kids to sing and dance to popular songs from Disney Junior. There will be Disney Junior prizes.
