Kids’ Choice Awards on Nickelodeon full of pop culture stars

It’s time for the annual Kids’ Choice Awards, which celebrate what kids love in pop culture. This year’s show airs at 8 p.m. Saturday on Nickelodeon and features Ellen Degeneres, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Jason Sudeikis, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, Josh Gad, Laura Marano, Cameron Dallas, Kira Kosarin and more. The slime-drenched event airs live from Los Angeles.
The show is hosted by country star Blake Shelton. Immediately after the show — which hands out awards in the categories of TV, music, movies and more — Nickelodeon will debut “School of Rock,” a new musical comedy series inspired by the 2003 film.
