"Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" is a great movie for all ages. No matter what, you will laugh hysterically. Why, you may ask? Well . . . you will just have to find out!

One of our favorite parts of the movie was the circus scene. It showed all of the characters' talents. There were a lot of funny parts. The animal control lady named Captain Chantal DuBois (voiced by Frances McDormand) was very clever and mischievous when it came to finding the lion.

Another highlight of the movie was when Gloria the hippo (Jada Pinkett Smith) was dancing on the tightrope with Melman the giraffe, played by David Schwimmer. Melman was really nervous about going on the tightrope but Gloria made him feel better and she taught him how to dance. This was a funny/romantic scene in the movie that you will not forget. Gloria is a loving, funny, caring character who will warm your heart but at the same time make you laugh.

Another favorite of ours was when the seal named Stefano (Martin Short) flew out of cannon and into the air, then into a cliff. Everyone was laughing the second he shot out of the cannon. This was a big dream of Stefano's and he achieved it. Stefano is a great character because he is so innocent and sweet.

Last but not least, we all loved the scene when Marty the zebra (Chris Rock) sang the polka dot, Afro song. Everyone was singing along in the movie theater when it came on. We love the character Marty because he makes you laugh no matter what he does.

So definitely go see this movie. It is a funny, crazy, entertaining movie to kick off the summer. And remember . . . "Polka dot, polka dot, polka dot, Afro!"

Our day on the "Madagascar 3' beat

On May 31 we had a day we will never forget. It actually started the night before when we went to a screening of the new movie "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted," in Manhattan. We loved the movie and gave it a 41/2 (out of 5). It is the best Madagascar movie yet.

It was the next day when the real fun began. We all met at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel for a media day with many of the stars of the movie. Some of the main highlights of the day were meeting all the people, the hospitality room, interviewing people, and hugging Jada Pinkett-Smith. We all had no clue what was in store for us when we walked into the hotel. But, the experience was great!

When we got to the hotel, the hospitality room was great. We liked the food and seating options. On tables there were cupcakes, salad, cookies, pizza and more! All the food was great. We went to sit there between interviews. It was nice and homey. In the living area there were TVs and computers that were playing trailers and behind the scenes of "Madagascar 3" in 3-D and 2D. They had the 3-D glasses for us, too.

Meeting the stars was a great thing, and we were all pretty nervous and excited. They were all so nice and fun interviewing. First we interviewed David Schwimmer (he starred as Melman). He was so nice and friendly. It was such an honor to interview him. It was a great way to start off the interviews. After David we got to meet Martin Short. Martin (Stefano) was very funny and great. After we got to interview Cedric the Entertainer (Maurice). All of his answers were thoughtful and great to listen to. Then we meet Chris Rock (Marty). He had funny answers to everything. We did a dance for him with our Afros to his song in "Madagascar 3." We think he liked it and thought we were entertaining. Finally we meet Jada Pinkett-Smith. She treated you like she was your own mother. Jada was super nice and gave us all hugs at the end.

Taylor Lewis's favorite interview of the day was Jada. She said that Jada was down to earth and she answered questions with detail and creativity. Jada also told us about new clothing line of her children, Willow and Jaden. Which we all thought was pretty cool. One of our favorite parts about the interview was at the end when Jada hugged us. We had a great time interviewing her.

Nicole's favorite interview of the day was David Schwimmer. She said she was so nervous to meet him. He was the first interview of the day. When David was in the hallway trying to find his room we were all surprised to see him there. When we finally found are room he was so nice. We got to take pictures with him and he told us how we might be able to get started in movies if we wanted to be an actor.

When we walked into the fancy hotel we had no clue what to expect. None of us new if the celebrities would be nice or mean. But, in the end they all enjoyed the interview and so did we. It was just the best day ever!
