Whenever I’m mad or upset, I listen to some pop music. The songs that make me happy are “Hello” by Adele, “Cool for the Summer” by Demi Lovato, “Confident” by Justin Bieber, and so many more.

This will inspire you because music can be on your mind sometimes and you’ll be happy again. Sometimes it might take a while for the music to calm you down, but trust me it will work. If you don’t have an iPod, iPhone or iPad, you can use your computer, and if you don’t have a computer the music will be on the radio and it will be relaxing. Make sure you go to a quiet place and choose the music you know that will help you relax.

Here are the steps I follow:

1. Don’t talk until you put your music on

2.Listen to your music

3.Lip-sync during your song

4.Have fun!
