Best-selling children's recording artist Laurie Berkner and her band are scheduled to perform a festive holiday concert at 3 p.m. Nov. 15 at NYCB Theatre at Westbury, 960 Brush Hollow Rd.
The group will perform such songs as“Jingle Bells” and “Frosty the Snowman,” plus originals from “A Laurie Berkner Christmas,” including “Santa’s Coming to My House Tonight.” Hanukkah tunes will include “Candle Chase” and “The Dreidel Song.” Kids should plan to bring a stuffed animal for their heads during Berkner’s hit, “Pig on My Head.”
“One of my fondest memories of the winter holidays is singing together with my family every Christmas Eve,” Berkner says.
