When I run, I forget all of my concerns. There are so many benefits from running. For starters, running reduces stress, along with improving your self-confidence. Running improves your overall health. I've made many new friends and track has brought me to exciting new places. With all the benefits of running, everyone should give this sport a try! The nice thing is, you can train with friends or by yourself. It is a great sport for boys and girls.
