Make Hersheypark your next vacation

Did you ever think of going to “The Sweetest Place on Earth”? I’m talking about Hershey, Pennsylvania!
If you go there, stay at the Hershey Lodge. There is always a Hershey bar character or Reese’s Pieces peanut butter cup character standing around to take pictures with. There is a coffee and doughnut shop, with a whole bunch of couches to sit on. In the back of the lodge, there are escalators to go upstairs to the party/ballrooms. The hotel air vents pump out the smell of melted Hershey bars. Also, in your hotel room, the maids leave Hershey’s Kisses on your bed.
When you come out of the hotel, in five minutes you are at the entrance to Hersheypark. The first place that catches your eye is Chocolate World, where you can buy shirts and sweatshirts that have something to do with Hershey. In the back of Chocolate World they have a ride that shows you how Hershey’s makes the chocolate. It’s really cool. There are 13 roller coasters and water rides, and that is just for starters. There are also lots of rides for younger kids who might not be ready for a roller coaster.
You can also see the Milton Hershey School. Also in the lobby is a fireplace that gets really warm and you can sit around it with family. In the entrance of Hersheypark is Hersheypark Stadium, where they do concerts and music-related events.
They also have a nice and clean theater called the Hershey Theatre where they do a lot of musical plays and concerts. Inside, it’s beautiful. When you go to Hershey they have a lot of things to do, so you have to stay at least two days or longer.
Fun fact: Milton Hershey and his wife Kitty could not have children of their own, so they started a school for orphans in 1909. Today, more than 2,000 children across the United States go to this school.
Make this your next vacation! You could make it a (long) day trip, but I think you should stay overnight. Visit them online: hersheypark.com
