Is there a Halloween costume for a waffle? That's what my 9-year-old needs to go as, true to spirit. This fall he's gone from declaring that he wants to be a character from "Doctor Who" to what he describes as a "Creepy Clown" (how does he know what that is, or are all clowns just plain creepy?).
