Our class ran a pajama drive for the hurricane victims in Texas and Florida. We did it through Scholastic magazine. We sent flyers out asking for new pajamas to our whole school.
We collected more than 165 pairs of pajamas. Everyone was so generous. We were so excited to be able to help the hurricane victims. Grades 2 through 4 were able to donate pajamas.
We hope the hurricane victims enjoy their new pajamas. It took us only two months. If your school would like to sponsor a PJ drive, look on the Scholastic website at scholastic.com/pajamadrive.
