Poll: Do you prefer to study alone or with friends?

We all have our preferences. I asked 100 sixth-grade students at my school if they would find it more useful studying by themselves or with a buddy. Here are their responses.
By themselves: 34
With a friend: 66
I also asked a few kids why they chose their answer:
“It’s more effective,” said Nicole Graziano, who voted to study with a friend.
“You’re more focused when you study by yourself,” said Tatum Kirwan, who voted to study solo.
“It’s boring to study by yourself,” said Christina Cummings. “With a friend you’re more engaged.”
“I would talk too much if I studied with my friends,” said Bryan Luper, who voted to study solo.
“You can both quiz each other,” said Jenna Bielski and Ronan Coyle, who voted to study with a friend.
