Bring your dancing shoes for a “Musical Romp” with Colorado-based children’s musician Steve Weeks at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Oct. 9 and 10 at the Long Island Children’s Museum, 11 Davis Ave., Garden City.

Weeks will perform favorites such as “Kiki Kangaroo,” “Someday” and “Don’t Nothing Work Around Here No More.” Weeks is known for his acoustic-based songs and experimentation with unusual percussion such as cans, pots and pans, and tinker-toys.
