Last week, we previewed the new movie "The Way Way Back." It was a heart- warming comedy about Duncan (played by Liam James), a boy who is just trying to fit in.
His mom's new boyfriend (Steve Carell) is rude and disrespectful toward Duncan, preventing him from having a good summer. Duncan finds Susanna (AnnaSophia Robb), who is an outcast like him, and they immediately bond.
He also finds a job at a water park, which expands his source of happiness to a whole new level. Owen (Sam Rockwell), a fun-loving man, takes Duncan under his wing as an employee and teaches him how to have fun. Finding these things, Duncan finally fits in and is accepted.
Overall, we would give this movie 4.5 out of 5 smiles. Even though it is rated PG-13, we think kids 10 and older will enjoy it.
After seeing the film, we went to the Crosby Hotel in Manhattan and sat down with co-stars AnnaSophia Robb and Liam James and talked to them about their latest film.
