After enjoying your turkey dinner and quality time with your family, you may want to join the masses and head to Toys R Us for its Black Friday sales.

My 20-month-old daughter, Maggie, is still too young to create a Christmas list but throughout the year, I've jotted down gift ideas that I think she'll enjoy. While I won't be venturing out Thanksgiving evening or on Black Friday for that matter, I still hope to get in on the deals.

Toys R Us will be opening store doors at 8 p.m. Thanksgiving  with a ton of incentives. The first 200 customers to line up at a local store will receive a complimentary goody bag packed with great stocking stuffer gifts from, among others, Crayola, Lego and Disney Jr.

Doors will remain open until 10 p.m. Friday but some of the deals and discounts will be available throughout the weekend.

Here are some of the doorbuster deals:

-- Free $20 Toys R Us gift card, plus $30 bonus iTunes multipack ($50 total value) with the purchase of a fourth generation 16GB iPod Touch.

-- Buy one, get one 40 percent off  on all Nintendo Wii U Software purchases. Prices vary.

-- 50 percent off Abbey or Frankie Monster High Doll and Fashion Set -- was $24.99, now $12.49 each.

-- Save $25 on Skylanders Giants Starter Pack -- was $74.99, now $49.99.

Black Friday doorbusters include, while supplies last:

-- Buy one get one free on all Tommee Tippee Feeding items

-- 50 percent off Motorola digital video baby monitor with 1.8" color LCD screen -- was $149.99, now $74.99.

-- Free Renaissance Lifetime crib in espresso ($379.99 value) with the purchase of a Renaissance double dresser and five-drawer dresser in espresso. (Excludes special orders.)

-- Only $5 each for all Kids R Us mix-and-match separates -- girls and boys, sizes 2T to 5T.

Many of the deals and discounts will be available throughout the weekend as well on toysrus.com.
