Wattpad.com is a website that offers a free and easy way to read and write stories. You can even upload drawings or photos to each chapter in your story for readers to see. I love my Wattpad account, where I write my stories. You can even chat online with your friends. One of my friends lost her phone, but we can still communicate through Wattpad. If you read a story that you like, you can add it to your library, or a reading list that you can create. You can create your own profile, with a profile picture and background. Also, you can tell people about yourself on your profile. There are many different genres to choose from when reading: nonfiction, adventure, paranormal, vampire and science fiction are just a few. You can look at all of the books you have published, or still in the making.
When you write a story, you can either post it right away for anyone to see and read, or save it as a draft that only you can see. If a book gets many, many votes, it may be chosen to be published in real life. For example, one of the books that got published had more than 18,000 votes. You can even buy the books that are published in real life on Amazon straight through Wattpad. Four similar stories are recommended on the side of each story. You can vote on any story that you enjoy. You can write a description of each story you write as well. I would rate this website five smiles for its excellence in creating strong writers and encouraging readers. Wattpad is also an app for mobile devices so you can write and read on the go.
