Yes — we can confirm — models still have knees.

We were beginning to  wonder, what with all the midi-length hems seen on other runways this  season.

But Lim bucks the trend, showing mostly shorter lengths on  skirts and dresses.  With his tops and coats, he played with texture  and uneven or asymmetrical panels of fabric — some sheer, some  glistening, some matte, dressing the woman from a Charlotte Gainsbourg  poem (which he quoted in his program):  “She walks crooked and paints  her eyelids blue. . . . Dandie-lion, I wanna go there, too.”

We like her  walking in the “bougie blue” lambskin halter dresses and a fantastic sheer organza trench with black flecks. She may even look good in those sheer, baggie “track pants.”  Alas,. we fear no one else will.
