A bronze age: Makeup for spring
Winter leaves complexions washed out and most women try to remedy that with rosy pink blush. This season, think bronze and coral, says Dior makeup artist Ricky Wilson, who gave supermodel Bar Rafaeli, right, her sun-kissed look for this year's Oscar parties.
A light dusting of bronzer -- swept "at the temples and along the tops of cheekbones," atop blush -- gives a healthier look, he says. Add coral lip color and you're good to go. Wilson suggests Dior Original Tan Bronzing Powder ($46 at dior.com) and Make Up For Ever's Rouge Artist Intense lipstick in satin coral or satin orange coral ($19 at Sephora stores and sephora .com). Or try Urban Decay's Baked Bronzer, $26, at urbandecay.com; and L'Oréal Paris Infallible Le Rouge lipstick in Coral Seduction, $9.95 at drugstores.
