Upstart cult sensation (and Italian-born Vogue Japan editor) Anna Dello Russo seemed as big a hit at Macy’s on Fashion’s Night Out as style vet Tommy Hilfiger or NBA pro Amar’e Stoudemire. ADR (as she’s called) has as many fans as she has funky headgear. On break from styling Macy’s I.N.C. line, she posed for pix with supermodel Karolina Kurkova and crowds of fashionistas.
