Banana Republic’s “Mad Men” collection is coming back for an encore performance. Still working with the show’s costume designer Janie Bryant, the store has just released a spring version.
“We continually find fresh ways to reimagine stylish work wear for our customers,” says Banana’s creative director Simon Kneen. The new line -- for men and women -- has more than 40 pieces.
Women’s clothes are ladylike (what else?), with bright bold florals and solids, while the guys get things like a navy blazer and argyle vests. It’s out now in select stores and on bananarepublic.com.
And if you want the “Mad Men” face, check out two new products from Estee Lauder -- a lipstick in Cherry Red, $25, and rouge in Evening Rose, $40; both at select Bloomingdale’s stores or esteelauder.com.
