For sure, Michelle Obama looked stunning in her glossy, navy custom Thom Browne ensemble at the inauguration. But Beyoncé, who sung the national anthem, knocked it out of the park in a killer black velvet and chiffon beaded cutout long-sleeved gown from Emilio Pucci's pre-Fall 2013.
She entered wearing a fur coat by Raf Simons for Christian Dior, but removed it for her performance. Of note, her green jewels -- they looked like emeralds -- beautiful earrings and a ring. We're green with envy! Wow!
