Trina Turk celebrated her 15th anniversary with a first-ever showing at Fashion Week. “I grew up in California — I think that’s why there’s so much color and print,” said Turk. Models lounged in her Meatpacking District showroom in various tableaux — at poolside in tropical print bathing suits, playing backgammon, sipping cocktails (Arnold Palmers, of course), or decked out for a party in hot pink cocktail dresses and one-shoulder tunics for gals, pink-print blazers and shorts for guys. She even designs the fabrics for indoor / outdoor cushions, umbrellas  and (new next spring) bedding. “I’ve never spent Fashion Week hanging out in bed,” said the dude in the bedroom display. Nice gig.
