Clinton Kelly releases greeting card line with Papyrus

Clinton Kelly is  a great communicator -- 10 years on the TLC hit, “What Not To Wear,” host of ABC’s “The Chew,” author of a slew of lifestyle/entertaining books and now, the born and bred Long Islander, has collaborated on a sassy, new line of greeting cards with Papyrus.  

Anyone who has ever watched or read Kelly knows he has a special way of saying things. And the greeting cards are distinctively Clinton.  For example, one card says “Hey Birthday Girl!” on the front and inside reads, “I have never met anyone who gets more fabulous every year the way you do! / (When I say that to everyone else, I'm lying. But with you it's the truth!) / Happy Birthday!”  The front of another says, “You're the only one of my Facebook friends who knows the difference between you're and your.”  And inside reads,  “I like you so much more than those dopes.”  

Of his new endeavor, Kelly says, “"So much of our communication is done on our gadgets, we've forgotten how great it feels to open the mailbox and find a handwritten card! I love sending greeting cards to my favorite people, and so I wanted to create something that was modern, not stuffy or corny."   

The cards are $10 each and come with a faux wax seal.  There are 12 separate greetings including Clintonese sentiments for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings, love, thanks and friendship available at Papyrus stores and papyrusonline.com.
