H&M, known for its affordable fashion-forward designs, is opening a new retail location at the Tanger Outlets at Riverhead Thursday, June 14.

“We are excited to add our fashion collections to the existing retail mix at this outstanding outlet shopping center in Riverhead,” Daniel Kulle, U.S. president for H&M, said in a statement.

The new Riverhead location will include collections for women, men and children and will also have a separate “store within a store” section for accessories. H&M’s new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection will be available, with items priced between $4.95 and $19.95.

In an effort to support the surrounding community, H&M will partner with the Hicksville Boys and Girls Club for its Riverhead grand opening.  H&M will donate a financial grant to support the club’s programs and provide gift cards for club members.

The first 100 shoppers in line when the Riverhead store opens Thursday, June 14 at noon will receive an H&M t-shirt and Access to Fashion Pass valued from $10 to $300.
