Joe Fresh flagship opens in Manhattan

Joe Fresh, the affordable Canadian fashion label by Joseph Mimran that hit the U.S. with a pop-up shop debut in the Hamptons last summer and opened a store at Roosevelt Field in Garden City last fall, celebrated the grand opening of its New York flagship store in Manhattan Friday.

The store, located at 510 Fifth Ave., is stocked with the brand's best preppy spring and summer looks for men and women.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg attended the opening shopping event, calling Joe Fresh the "biggest Canadian import to the U.S. since Justin Bieber."
