Breakout star, and not necessarily in a good way, at Wednesday night’s 12-12-12 concert at Madison Square Garden to benefit the Robin Hood Fund for Hurricane Sandy victims? Kanye West’s black leather skirt, reportedly designed by Givenchy, which the rapper wore layered over a pair of skinny leather pants and topped with a black hoodie.
The Twittersphere ran amok with comments, and the skirt spawned its very own Twitter account, @kanyesskirt, garnering more than 1,200 followers.
