First came leggings for Lindsay Lohan, who launched her brand, 6126, in October ’08.  It’s named in honor of Marilyn Monroe’s birthday, because, as Lohan blogged at the time, “she represents timeless, confident glam and that is the voice of this brand.”

Now for Fall 2010, the paparazzi-stalked starlet has expanded with a complete contemporary line according to Women’s Wear Daily.  She will also keep her job as artistic adviser at Ungaro, where her first collection was widely criticized (think pasties).

That said, in sketches, her own new collection appears downright saucy and edgy-cute – the perfect combo for Lohan herself and other pretty party girls.  It includes an assortment of legging-friendly toppers including bustiers, vest and little dresses.

Lohan announced the big news on her Twitter account recently, posting, “i need MORE followers I am so sad about this, how can I tell everyone about my 6126 full collection COMING OUT!  all clothing.”

Average price points of the 100-piece line will run  from $100-$150 though items such as a leather jacket will be significantly more expensive.  “We’ve had amazing success with the leggings line,” Kristi Kaylor, principal in 6126 LLC in Beverly Hills told WWD. As for LiLo’s work ethic and involvement, Kaylor said, “She’s not a celebrity who lends her name to a brand.  She’s intimately involved from Day One.  She picks fabrics. She looks at trims.  She picks buttons.  She doesn’t let anything go into production without trying it on.”

Lohan’s fashion world will reportedly continue to expand with plans for cosmetics, handbags, shoes and jewelry for 2011.  It’s a whole lotta of Lindsay.
