New from Cornelia Guest, the Long Island socialite, caterer, animal rights activist and handbag designer -- cruelty-free jackets.

Guest teamed up with the socially conscious online brand Project Gravitas to create three faux leather styles.

They're all named after one of her dogs (she has eight!). There's the Olive bomber, 295; the Lyle, a variation on the moto with quilted arms, $375; and the Nelson, a classic motorcycle jacket, $350.

"I love bomber and moto jackets -- they're classic but current, and I couldn't find any that were high-style luxury and cruelty-free, so I decided to make them myself," says Guest; at projectgravitas.com and corneliaguest.com.
