Most wanted: Kaelen lace top and silk harem pants

Walking through a presentation of Kaelen's fall collection was like walking into my best friend's closet, and considering how often I borrow her clothes, that means I am a fan.
One of my favorite looks was the long-sleeve, black lace top with silk harem pants and not-too-high heels. The whole combination makes me picture a powerful editor at a top fashion magazine in Manhattan.
The collection's color scheme was mostly neutral mixed with black, and Kaelen's dark edge took the sleek, sophisticated shapes from just a day at the office to high fashion.
