Get teens ready for back-to-school with help from the Project Style tour, stopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall Saturday and Sunday, Aug 14 and 15.
The tour, which includes stylists and skincare consultants, is designed to bring the hottest trends to teens as they prepare to say goodbye to summer and reenter the classroom.
The tour includes a skin-care station sponsored by Dermalogica, where professional skincare consultants will work with teens to suggest the best treatments, and the opportunity to work with professional stylists and fashion consultants who will be conducting hair and makeup demonstrations in addition to talking about the hottest trends. Participants can also take a style quiz, sponsored by Modelinia and Coke, or play with the latest Nintendo DS games.
The stations will be open from 1 to 7 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, in the north court of the mall, located at 630 Old Country Rd. in Garden City.
