Rebecca Minkoff seeks fan photos for her new ad

Manhattan-based designer Rebecca Minkoff, best known for her handbags, is looking forward to her first print ad ever in the debut issue of Style.com Magazine, and she's asking her fans for help.

To give her ad a unique look and get her fashionable followers involved, Minkoff fans are asked to share photos of their favorite pieces using Instagram with a #RebeccaMinkoff hash tag.

Instagram is a popular free photo sharing app for the iPhone that allows users to add special filters to give photos special effects.

Photos to be considered for the campaign are being accepted until Oct. 1. Start snapping!
