Blake Lively has been selected as one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people for 2011. Australian director Baz Luhrmann wrote the Time magazine essay which accompanied her inclusion and said about her: "Every now and then, an actor or actress manages to somehow channel the vitality of youth — that indefinable, natural, unprocessed glamour full of possibility and filled with anticipation for an endless future." Started in 2009 to encourage the fashion industry in the wake of the "Great Recession," Fashion's Night Out (FNO) has become an event style-hungry New Yorkers look forward to every September.

This year the event, which includes exclusive designs, fashion shows, celebrity appearances, special sales and more, will fall on Sept. 8.

Vogue is teaming up with top fashion website Polyvore to host a contest to find the best FNO ensembles. Polyvore will showcase designs by FNO retailers from Aug. 15-Sept. 8 at polyvore.com/fno, and virtual stylists (aka, you) can design outfits using their favorite pieces.

A theme will be chosen each week -- Fall Wardrobe Essentials, What to Wear to FNO and Dress a Style Icon for Fashion Week-- and at the end of each week outfits will be judged by "Gossip Girl" actress Blake Lively, designer Alexander Wang and Vogue editor Grace Coddington.

Six celebrity picks will be presented to vogue.com readers on Sept. 6, who will vote for the grand prize winner.

What does the top virtual fashionista take home? A trip to New York City with a guest to attend a Vogue photo shoot and a tour of the magazine's fashion closet with the editor.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to enter.
