What's new in celebrity nail beauty

Nails seem to be the latest celeb/beauty tie-in. Among those with new lines -- Nicole Scherzinger, with a collection for impress press-on manicure by Broadway Nails, debuting this month; solid colors, $5.99; patterns, $7.99; at select CVS and Walmart stores.
Salon Effects for Sally Hansen has offerings from rocker Avril Lavigne. There are 12 designs of polish strips (glitter, tiny skulls) that come in kits, $9.99, with 16 strips, cuticle stick, mini file and buffer; at drugstores and mass retailers.
