Big Duck holiday lighting postponed

Water may roll off a duck's back, but rain apparently doesn't. At least that appears to be the case concerning the 28th annual lighting of the Big Duck in Flanders.
Due to inclement weather, the celebration, originally set for Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., has been pushed back a day and will be held on Thursday, Dec. 1, same duck time, same duck channel.
We're hoping the news doesn't ruffle any feathers, and that the rescheduled event goes swimmingly.
