$24.95 L.I. restaurant-week deals start Sunday

Long Island's spring Restaurant Week begins on Sunday, April 22.
The promotion features $24.95 fixed-price, three-course meals all night, every night through April 29. Only exception: Saturday, April 28, when the menus will be available until 7 p.m.
The $24.95 menus include a minimum choice of three appetizers, three main courses, and three desserts.

So far, a spring record 173 restaurants are expected to take part in Restaurant Week. A donation will be made to Island Harvest, the hunger-relief organization.
The participants include several restaurants rated three stars or higher in Newsday, among them: Monsoon Asian Kitchen and Lounge in Babylon, Casa Rustica in Smithtown, Mirabelle in Stony Brook, Cafe Buenos Aires in Huntingon, Four Food Studio in Melville, LOLA in Great Neck, Trattoria Diane in Roslyn and Benny's in Westbury.
