Elizabeth Ronzetti and Adam Kopels moved to Shelter Island last year. The relocation resulted in a charming restaurant for dinner on the East End.
Currently, the midday, the menu is pretty limited but excellent. Recent winners: duck salad with poached eggs, duck bacon and greens; a lush tuna Nicoise; and panini, especially those with speck. provola cheese, and caramelized onions and with a Swiss chard frittata and ricotta.
Lunch is served from noon to 3 p.m. Dinner starts at 5 p.m. five days. 18 Bay is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
