Anthony's Casual Dining opens in Glen Cove

Since mid-June, Anthony’s Casual Dining has been serving up linguine with clam sauce ($15.95), shrimp scampi ($19.95) and chicken Parmesan ($13.95) to diners in Glen Cove.
The Italian-American restaurant is owned by married couple and co-managers Michael and Helenann Hoffmann, who named the place for her late grandfather. Chef Jose Chavez also has a lunch repertoire that includes a classic burger ($7.95), a grilled chicken sandwich ($8.95) and a Caesar salad with shrimp ($10.95).
The restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday; closed Mondays.
