Arbor in Montauk launches rosé brunch

If you’re heading East this Sunday, keep going until you get to Montauk. Arbor, which took over in June from Ciao by the Beach, is offering a prix-fixe “rosé” brunch for $28.95.

Start with a basket of fresh croissants, brioche and banana bread, then choose a starter: Selections include cucumber-watermelon salad with Goodale Farms feta, and tomato panzanella with French bean salad. Among the nine mains are mussels with tomato confit and beurre blanc, French toast with mixed berries and bacon, merguez-sausage corn dog with lime-mint aioli and (for $4 extra) an 8-ounce prime burger with Mecox Dairy Cheddar with fries.

Included in the price is a glass of still or sparkling rosé, or a Bloody Mary, mimosa, Bellini, Arbor beer or soft drink.
