Babylon: Gemelli wine-tasting dinner

Ristorante Gemelli hosts a five-course dinner pairing a wine with each on Sunday, Sept. 25. The cost: $85 per person, including tax and tip.
The dinner goes from 1 to 5 p.m.
Among the dishes are zucchini flowers with ricotta, vegetables and an herb-and-wine sauce, matched with a Marco Maci Villa Grazia Sauvignon Blanc; swordfish rollatine in citrus sauce, paired with a Tonnino Nero d'Avola; braised short ribs with sweet-potato polenta, with a Marco Maci Bella Mojgan Negroamaro Malvasia Nera; and chocolate-and-peach pouches, with a Maremonti Ziz Cremovo.
