Baldino's
One of the best kept secrets in Plainview is this hotel restaurant, whose popularity among locals is growing.
Chef Bob Cahill executes an eclectic menu. Appetizers range from chicken pot stickers to Maryland crab cakes to baked French onion soup. Entrees runs the gamut from crispy lacquered chicken with soy-honey sesame glaze to Black Angus filet mignon to honey pecan crusted salmon with pineapple salsa.
The decor is comfortable, with a 12-gallon fish tank commanding lots of attention.
