Besito in Huntington, Roslyn: Tequila!

Besito restaurants in Huntington and Roslyn will be pouring Partida Tequila at tasting dinners next week.
The dinner in Roslyn is on Tuesday, March 6; in Huntington, Wednesday, March 7. The cost is $75 per person, plus tax and tip.
Reservations are required, and will be taken from 6 to 9 p.m. The dinners will be limited to 40 diners.
In Roslyn, jicama-shrimp tacos will be paired with Partida Reposado; flat-iron steak and tomatillo-chipotle salsa with Partida Anejo; and a orange-cheese flan with Partida Elegante.
In Huntington, the matches will be king-crab tacos with the Reposado; braised beef short rib with the Anejo; and a lime tart with the Elegante.
Each restaurant earned a two-star rating in Newsday.
