Bobby Flay to launch Bobby's Burger Palace @ Roosevelt Field

The ink on the lease is barely dry, but everything is official -- Bobby’s Burger Palace is coming to Roosevelt Field.
Anybody who’s eaten at the Iron Chef's restaurant in Lake Grove knows what that means: Inventive burgers. Hand-cut fries. And some of the best malteds and milkshakes going.
Since construction hasn’t yet started (on the first floor space by the mall entrance where Sbarro used to be), there’s no opening date as yet. Think late fall, early winter.
For now, you’ll just have to head over to Lake Grove to satisfy a craving for the signature Crunchburger with potato chips and American cheese tucked inside.
