Burger Shack, Coram, honors U.S. military

The Burger Shack in Coram has declared Friday, Feb. 10, military appreciation day.
All day tomorrow, anyone who has served or is currently serving in the armed forces can get a free value meal consisting of a quarter-pound burger, fries and a 20-ounce soft drink. That deal usually goes for $6.99.
Also on the menu: A turkey burger ($4.99), a grilled skirt steak wrap ($5.99) and fried clam strips ($8.99).
The Burger Shack is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day but Sunday, when it closes at 8 p.m.; 3672 Rte. 112, Coram, 631-320-0303.
