Burger Wednesdays at Thyme in Roslyn

At Thyme in Roslyn, a creative roster of burgers is featured every Wednesday night, along with $5 draft beers and live music in the restaurant’s bar.
On the burger menu: a choice of a sirloin beef or turkey burger on a challah roll with such toppings as Port-caramelized onions and Stilton ($14) and shiitake, chanterelle and cremini mushrooms with truffled goat cheese ($16).
There’s also a Thanksgiving turkey burger with braised Brussels sprouts and cranberry pecan chutney ($16) and a chopped ahi tuna burger with avocado, pickled cucumber and wasabi crème ($18). Accompanying is a choice of salad or fries.
