But does the lobster sing?

It's been five years since La Pace with Chef Michael opened in Glen Cove. Fittingly, a celebration is planned: Every Friday night throughout June, you can get a three-course "lobster feast’’ for $49.50. It includes a homemade pasta entry, a salad, a two-pound Maine lobster, dessert and coffee. You also get a glass of champagne on the house. But tax, tip and drinks are extra.
In another of the three dining rooms on Friday, June 18, the restaurant is hosting one of its occasional “opera nights’’ starring Rinaldo Toglia, Jenny Lind Stewart and Thomas Stallone. The musical evening includes a $65 three-course menu. But you've gotta eat the lobster special in the other room.
