Cabo Fresh, the locally owned burrito-tortilla-taco specialist, has opened a branch in Commack.

The "California Mexican" restaurant is a spinoff of the original in Stony Brook.

Cabo Fresh's selections include seafood or meat burritos, crisp and soft tacos, quesadillas, nachos and fruit smoothies. Taco fillings include sweet pork carnitas, chile-roasted beef, grilled steak and chicken.

The new restaurant is in the T.J. Maxx shopping plaza, in the space previously occupied by Quiznos. Cabo Fresh comes from James DiVilio, who started Laguna Grill and Baja Grill.

Prices are less than $10.

Cabo Fresh, 5026 Jericho Tpke., Commack; 631-543-2226.
