Cafe Testarossa in Syosset is offering three midweek specials in August.
There's a fixed-price wine dinner on Tuesdays, "Martini Nights" on Wednedays and a $31, Thursday-night lobster special.
Chef William Sansone stuffs the 2-pounder with escarole, corn risotto, garlic, lemon and white wine.
"Martini Night" means $8 drinks and $8 appetizers available from 5 to 10 p.m.
And the Tuesday wine special includes a free glass of Zenato wine to accompany a three-course, $35 fixed-price dinner.
