A wine connoisseur can store more than 1,400 bottles in this temperature-controlled, walk-in brick wine cellar. There's enough space to add a tasting table and stools for about six people. Connected to the wine cellar is a gym, which the sellers are leaving equipped. This Levitt-built Strathmore Tudor also features eight rooms, including four bedrooms. It has rounded entranceways, wood floors, and two fireplaces - one in the living room and family room. The kitchen has a separate breakfast room, and there's a screened-in porch as well as a total of 31/2 bathrooms. The lot size is 55 by 95 feet.
