This summer, there’s a major catch of seafood restaurants to visit in Nassau and Suffolk. Here are three establishments that are sure to hook you.

Catch Oyster Bar in Patchogue seats about 30 contented diners. It’s a casual spot with dependably fine fare. Recommended: all raw oysters, fried oyster po’boy, baked clam “stuffies,” bluefin tuna crudo, grilled octopus salad, New England- and Manhattan-style clam chowders, and South Shore fish stew with squid, cod, and shellfish. $$-$$$

You’ll want to order whole fish by the pound at Kyma, a stellar and handsome Greek and seafood restaurant in Roslyn. Lulu Kitchen & Bar is new in Sag Harbor. Seafood is among the many specialties offered with flair in the handsome dining rooms.
