Don’t want to pay a premium for pasta? Then catch the week night “twilight’ menu at La Volpe Ristorante in Center Moriches. Between 4 and 6 p.m. every Tuesday to Friday, choose among five pasta dishes, each priced at $12.99.
Here are your options:
*Spaghetti con vongole e pomodorini (with littleneck clams, cherry tomatoes, parsley, garlic and olive oil)
*Rigatoni all’amatriciana (in a lightly spiced marinara with pancetta, onions and garlic)
*Tagliatelle (pasta ribbons) Bolognese (in meat sauce)
or with cream sauce (Alfredo).
*Rigatoni alla vodka (with mushrooms, onions, ham and chopped meat in pink vodka-spiced sauce)
Substitutions? Don’t even think about it. And forget takeout; this menu is dine-in only.
