The George Martin group of restaurants gets a new addition next month: George Martin's Strip Steak in Great River.

As the name suggests, it's going to be a traditional steak house. Expect dry-aged steaks, lots of chops, plus seafood. The eatery will be housed in a turn-of-the-century house near Great South Bay. The opening is expected in mid-December.

The original George Martin is in Rockville Centre. The group includes three branches of George Martin's Grillfire, in Long Beach,  Merrick and Rockville Centre; and Nick's Tuscan Grill in Long Beach.

George Martin's Strip Steak will be at 60 River Rd., Great River; 631-650-6777.
